Is there a complete example migration from ASMLib to ASMFD for Oracle 19c RAC

I have Oracle 19c RAC (19.20) in 2 to 6 node clusters with 9 ASM disk groups with 2 of them containing OCR and voting files. I have many partitioned tables/indexes in these DBs and most are non-CDB. Can someone give me a complete step by step example of how to get from ASMLib to ASMFD with minimal downtime? I'm not finding this in Oracle's documentation, but maybe it's there hidden somewhere. I'm looking for completeness, not the partial steps outlined in the ASM Administrator's Guide.
