Open Enrollment Tile - "Open Enrollment Template is not available..."
We are going through our open enrollment, and we have had several this week who's tile has the message "Open Enrollment Template is not available. Please Contact your Benefits Administrator" and they can't access open enrollment. I found this document id regarding this issue: Doc ID 2759881.1, but neither causes (below) are the issue for us.
A reprocessing of the event seems to fix the problem.
Anyone else experiencing this issue? If so, how did you identify those impacted, as their event was never in error and was in a prepared status, so we are reactively waiting to hear for those having the issue. And is there anyway to fix in mass rather than reprocessing via on demand?
