Excel Export File Name

Where does JDE get the file name for a new Excel export of grid data? I ask because when I personally do an export my file name is always Book1.xlsx and would also create Book1(1), Book1(2), etc.

However another user showed me files that are named like this - "Book1 - 2023-11-07T140032.838.xlsx". It appears the numbers after the first dot change upon next export.

We are on tools and apps 9.2
