Copy paste in grid does not load any record

JDE E1 9.2 / TR 9.2.5.6

We are trying to copy 2500 records from excel and past in journal entry program, it is not loading anything but when we paste 499 records then it accepts and shows in grid. grid import size is 3000 defined in Weblogic 12c jas instance.
