OCI Streaming Partition-Count Limit is at Tenancy level. It should be at Stream level.

For OCI streaming service to LIMIT TOTAL number of STREAMS for an entire tenancy to 10 OR 15 is too limiting and unacceptable.

Normally organization will create 1000s of Streams, just like in Kafka. Even Sharing Streams across business-lines or different customers raises serious security concerns.

Even Oracle documentation page says number of Streams and Stream-pools for a Tenancy is UNLIMITED.

However number of Partitions WITHIN individual streams can be limited to 15 or less. That is acceptable.

I am NOT requesting limit increase or feature enhancement for OCI Streaming Service.

This seems like a CRITICAL BUG in OCI Streaming Service. Please escalate.

Howdy, Stranger!
