Is there a way to change an specific general operational alert to warning instead of critical.

Oracle DB 19c 19.12.0.0.0

The OEM Metric Generic Operational Error is set to Warning Null Critical " .*"

Could we do something with the warning like Group="SQL_TUNE"?

I also see this note that might be a solution.
