Does someone have the syntax for workaround for Bug 32563940 Increase "readsize" for opatch_xml_inv

Oracle Linux 7 with the RHCK upgrading 19.10 Oracle EE Database to 19.21 and ran into Bug 32563940 with an exact hit of all information in the Bug Description.

Can someone share working correct syntax to increase the readsize on the table that is shown as a Workaround to this bug if you ran into the same issue ?
