NGINX PROXY With oracle enterprise cloud Control 13.5

I have installed for testing purposes Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 13.5 (17) .

The Repository Database is 19c Updated with RU 19.21

Everything works fine for me when i use the standard ports and urls to connect to

Enterprise Manager but when my customer want to communicate by a NGINX Proxy url

The login page comes up , but when i put in my credentials it says "invalid username or password" .

So what we want to achieve is that

https://<somehostname>/em is the proxy

for

https://<oemhost>:<port>/em
