Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to assign resources from the LoV in resources screen while creation of routing

Version:12.2.12

In Oracle EBS BOM, I created departments, resources, assigned resources to departments.

While creation of routing, in the operation resources tab, LoV didn't show any values to select the same.

Can you please provide some inputs?
