OL8 UEK Wifi broken for rt2800usb (works in previous UEK and RHCK)

I have two USB Wifi devices that are no longer recognized in the latest OL8 UEK (5.15.0-200.131.27), both of which rely on the rt2800usb kernel module. The model numbers are a) Edimax EW-7722UTn, b) Powerlink PL-H5DN-3070. I can get one of these sent to you if helpful.

Since I have other working kernels, this is not a great inconvenience, but in case of more extensive damage to the UEK module package, I wanted to bring this to the attention of the kernel maintainers.

Under 5.15.0-106.131.4 or the RHCK, I see the following in the dmesg relating to this device:

Howdy, Stranger!
