Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I would like to know how can we restrict online receiving functionality by OU ?

ex:- Operating unit1 should allow online receiving but Operating Unit2 should not allow so how can we achieve this ?
