OEM OMS Update 13.5.0.17 Patch 35460709 - ADF_FACES Error Incidents

Hi


After patching OEM from 13.5.0.16 to 13.5.0.17, whenever I try review anything incident related, it could be "Incident Rules" or a specific "Incident detail" I get ADFC errors.

For Incident Rules, I go to Setup->Incidents->Incident Rules page.

That page returns a pop-up with the below error:

"ADFC-10001: Cannot instantiate class 'oracle.sysman.core.event.rules.ui.view.IncidentRulesUIBean'.

 oracle.adf.controller.ControllerException: ADFC-10001: Cannot instantiate class 'oracle.sysman.core.event.rules.ui.view.IncidentRulesUIBean'.

An internal error has occurred. Check the log file for details."


For Incident details (a specific incident), I go to "Incident Manager: All open incidents",
