Does the Xstore 21.0.2 RTLog Generator ouptut TTAX records for items configured with transaction tax

Oracle Xstore 21.0.2 RTLog Generator

I was wondering if the 21.0.2 Xstore RTLog Generator will generate a TTAX record in the .dat files if the items sold in a transaction were configured as taxable at the transaction level. RESA documentation indicates the rtlog should contain IGTAX or TTAX records (depending on the taxation), however I only see IGTAX records being generated regardless of how the tax is configured on the item.

I also don't see anything in the RTLogFormatConfig that would indicate a TTAX record would ever be generated and the documentation isn't clear (to me at least).
