Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to start weblogic Server?

hi,

I have installed Virtualbox for Oracle EBS r12 on Linux. I can ping the linux, can connect Putty and WinSCP.

But unable to connect sql developer, it means the listener is not running.

Can anyone tell me the way how to start the listener?

I also need steps to start and stop EBS.
