Does Shift Differential work with Salaried Employees on Autopay?
Hello,
Does Shift Differential work with salaried employees on Autopay?
A salaried employee record is set up with 10% shift (see screenshot below), employee is on auto-pay, and shift does not apply. Timecard will show the shift diff 10%, but it does not calculate the differential and add to gross pay. BUT when running a payroll calculation by entering a interim, the shift gets applied correctly.
Expect gross pay to be $9,533.15, but instead it's $8,666.67 (based on the $50 rate from EE Master). Which leads me to wonder if Shift Diff works with Autopay?
Thoughts?
