ASCP Plan Preferences is not allowing us to save

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) 3 commentsAnswered

We are on Oracle 12.2.9 and we are using ASCP. I am having users that can update their preferences through Tools Preferences but are unable to save their changes. The Yellow Disk is not enabled. Has anyone faced that issue and what did they do to fix it?
