How to start weblogic Server?

hi,

I have installed Virtualbox for Oracle EBS r12 on Linux. I can ping the linux, can connect Putty and WinSCP. Sometime the application in browser start, but mostly give error:

Failure of Web Server bridge:

No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

Unable to connect sql developer, it means the listener is not running.

Can anyone tell me the way how to start the listener?

I also need steps to start and stop EBS.
