How the Variable can change to different record field

Hi,

We are using absence management. In order to calculate the absence entitlement we are using the following formula.


Formula:

Variable :



Our requirement is Currently this VR_COMP_FREQ is fetching value from the job data component compensation tab and frequency. We need to point this out to refer custom table. I am not sure where exactly we can map the record field for the variable as I do not see the record field in the variable configuration.
