Processing Alabama Tax-Exempt Overtime Pay and T&L

Hello,

We are on version 9.2, Payroll for North America and Time and Labor. Our T&L administrator has a question for employers using T&L with employees in AL.

According to our understanding, this would require setting up an entirely new set of T&L auto-enrollments, work groups, and T&L rule programs for AL non-exempt employees to map to the new earn codes properly i.e. AL OT.

We are wondering how other customers are handling this.

Any input would be appreciated.
