Where is Price List being used for Import Orders (OE_ORDER_IMPORT_MAIN_PVT.ORDER_IMPORT_CONC_PGM ?

Oracle R12.2 -

Process is as follows:

User creates Internal Requisition PO

Create Internal Orders - (POCSOPG.sql) is run.

Order Import - (OE_ORDER_IMPORT_MAIN_PVT.ORDER_IMPORT_CONC_PGM) is run.

Pricelist used for creating the Sales Order is 6 years old.

Where is the price list being used derived from? 

We would like to use a newer Price List but do not know where this setup is located.
