New Siebel Bug 23.9 Drops Custom Indexes?

Hi Support,

Had not noticed this before but while watching a Siebel upgrade run on 23.9 noticed all of our customer's custom indexes got dropped and then recreated. We had not seen this on previous upgrades while the customer was on 22.x.

Luckily building these custom indexes does not take very long.

Wanted to report this issue since I could not find an existing bug for it.
