Unable to retrieve exported MS Project file with EPPM P6 Pro

Version EPPM 22.12 (use 95% Pro/Client and 5% Web)

When exporting P6 to MS Project in the Pro/Client (non-web), it does not provide a file location in the export wizard to save to MS Project like it does for XER, XLS, etc. It appears to go straight to Job Services. When I select Tools - Job Status in Pro/Client it shows the export with a hyperlink "Download File". When I select the link it does NOTHING. I have to go into P6 Web - View Service Status to that download link where I am able to retrieve my MS Project file. That is waste
