Oracle 19c,


Please advice me on how to go about this error. I am unable to change any password as root user. After some investigation i realized that the ----------. 1 root  root    887 Nov 12 12:12 shadow, So. chmod 777 /etc/shadow

chmod: changing permissions of ‘/etc/shadow’: Operation not permitted.
