The SHRT rate field in the F06116Z1

Hello,

just need to confirm something with the SHRT field in the F06116Z1. If the field is populated with a rate when records are imported into the F06116Z1 and the MBF PO 7.  Override Rate Assignment is Blank  = Use override rate as final hourly rate , should the value in the SHRT be retained after the R05116Z1 Batch Processor is ran?

We are doing some testing and the rate is being overwritten by the union rate or master rate.
