What table references we can find the details of users like FIISUSER from Oracle Fusion Cloud?

As i was going through the object neither ASE_USER_ROLE_MBR or PER_USER_ROLES does not have users captured for the users like: FIISUSER as part of the Security Extract. However these are captured from the Out of Box Output generated form User Role Membership report.
