1099 Envelopes - oracle r12

Hi,

Our accounting team has had an issue with the 1099 forms fitting incorrectly in the envelopes. This causes the address line to get partially hidden.

Is there a recommendation for an envelope size for printing 1099 in Oracle r12?. We have used the envelope with the 2 windows last year. The insert tends to move around within the envelope causing the address to get partially hidden.
