Converting MDX to Calc Rule

in PL/SQL (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I am trying to copy a formula i built in the mermber formula of my account dimension form EPM EPBCS to EPM FCCS, but ran into an issue where EPBCS is using MDX formula, however this can't be applied for FCCS. Im wondering if i can get a documents on how i might convert my formula from MDX to Calc Rule.

My formula is as per below, I am wondering if i can use When Statements for Calc Rule and how do I convert Lag/Lead items to Calc Rule. I am aware of Prior and Next function, but i believe it only jumps back or forward by 1, I would like to know on how to implement this if i have to jump back/front for more than 1.
