Getting error You are trying to access a page that is no longer active in custom oaf pages R12.2.12

We are upgrading from Oracle applications R12.1.3 to R12.2.12.

Getting below error when click on few LOVs of custom OAF page but same page working fine in R12.1.3

Error 

You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.

- The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed.

This error is getting when enter some value in LOV field and Tab out from that field.
