Duplicate Pell Response File processed in error

Peoplesoft Campus Solutions 9.2 PeopleTools 8.59 Image 29 with PRP 4.1 added

A user accidently sent an outbound Pell file to COD twice and subsequently processed the duplicate response through CODIN rather than the actual response file containing student data. This has caused the document to be in a rejected status and all students on the file have an Action Code of "Not Processed, in Rejected Doc" and the Pell disbursement status indicates it is rejected. Tried processing the correct Pell response file, but only the date in View COD Data seems to be affected while no changes are made to the Pell Payment page to reflect that the disbursement was accepted
