Is there a way to exclude the 13th period in QTD (4th) data?

Oracle Cloud Financial Reporting Studio (latest 23C)

There is a requirement to report on CTA changes on a quarterly basis excluding data on the 13th period. The QTD data will include the 13th period on the 4th quarter. Is there a possible workaround for this?
