Error 401--Unauthorized while access primavera web service

Hi i am trying to access primavera web service and following below document for authentication. but i am getting Error 401--Unauthorized in postman.

Primavera P6 EPPM REST API Sample Code to Read Projects and Activities Using Traditional/Basic Authentication (Doc ID 2831872.1)

can any one help to how to fix this issue and further more learning can any one help on roadmap for this.
