Siebel Migration Application profile deployment fails (23.6)

Hi Experts,

We are in 23.6 and the Migration profile deployment in SMC fails. The profile configuration and deployment with hostname:port all looks good.

I am not able to see any logs to troubleshoot. When I deploy the profile in SMC it immediately fails. Any possible thoughts or any specific logs I should check?
