OAF customizations while upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.12, are not reflecting in higher instance!!

Hi everyone,

We recently upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.12. In the process of upgradation, oaf page customizations on standard pages were also moved to the higher instance.

Now, though they are present in the MDS repository in the higher instance, it is not reflecting on the page in iProcurement.

Can anyone suggest or has any idea as to how to get these customizations working?
