installing patch 35643107 fails

in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

we have the following rdbms

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production

Version 19.3.0.0.0

running on linux 3.10.0-1160.99.1.el7.x86_64

when apply patch 35643107   it fails because cannot find some files.

pls see error below

OPATCH_SESSION=apply"....'/usr/bin/ld: cannot find /usr/lib64/crti.o: No such file or directory

                  genclntsh: Failed to link libclntshcore.so.19.1

                  make: *** [client_sharedlib]
