We understand Oracle will be releasing an update for the recent 2022 EEO-1 Component 1 data file specification changes. But the release date is unknown and with the reporting deadline approaching for EEO-1 reporting, we are curious what are other customers are doing to meet the new reporting requirements.

We are on 9.2 PUM 44 PeopleTools 8.59.21
