Troubleshooting R41501Inventory to GL Reconciliation Update

E1 version 9.2

We are converting to version 9.2 so we need to run this UBE to populate the GLGPF1 field in the F0911 for inventory transactions. It has not been consistent, however. An example is IA transaction with a specific object account that sometimes is updated with a 1 and sometimes is not. I have queried the F4095 DMAAI table to see what it possibly could be looking for and the only tables with this object are 4124, 4128, 4141. None of these are listed in the documentation for the R41501 to use as inventory transactions. Most
