Moving from demand detail to demand history

We are using JDE 9.2 and have over 92k records in our F40R11 demand detail table that have the Pending Delete flag set to 1. These demand records not have related records in the F4211.

Should we be running a job to move these records to F40R11 history so that then they would be getting purged regularly from there?
