R12.2.10 weblogic Admin service move to another node

Hi,

I have EBS 12.2.10 with Multi Node( without shared file system) .

app01 Admin server, oacore, oafm etc.

app02 oacore, oafm etc.

cm01 - CM processes

cm02 - CM processes

app01 went down. I can not restart any services on app02 without Admin server. I do not know when app01 will be up. I am considering setup admin server to appfk02.

How to start Admin server on app02? Do you have any solution?
