CWB Multiple questions regarding the plan ?

Followings are some of the issues that we need to tackle in our plan ;

1 . How to reorder the The Columns in the plan because we have personalized and reorder the plan at the responsibility level but still the order remains unchanged ?

2 . Can the fields in the Reason above the CWB Plan like Employee Transfer , Promotion , No change etc be Renamed and deleted ?

3 . When the Plan is downloaded through the WebADI , it returns the Formula and Conditions that has been Defined in the Plan While it shall returns only the values that are shown in the plan ?
