Acme Packet | Interactive Session Recorder (ISR) not accessible

Trust you are well, hope someone can assist me please.
We have an Oracle ISR which stopped saving sessions - which we assume was due to the RSS showing offline. We tried to reboot the servers and for some weird reason it appears to have downgraded the version and our login credentials are no longer working.
Is there a way to reset the admin password? and if yes, how can one go about doing that. A ticket has been opened, but we cannot offer any logs to further investigate.
Your help in this regard will be much appreciated.
