Order Release Column Hiding

I would like to ask what is the caused of column (ship unit entry) hiding in Order Release when creating a new Order. Any hint what I should check first and how to distinguish if I in the correct Layout to enable it? By the way our system is customize.

Also I would like to understand, if this kind of setup can be fix using its main/parent domain rather going to each child/affiliate domain?

e.g.

Parent = A

Child/Affiliate = AB, AC
