Siebel 23.10 Upgrade steps

in Siebel System Admin, Install and Upgrade (MOSC)

We have upgraded Siebel UCM to 23.10 from 20.10.

We are facing issue to deliver new DEV workspace created by Upgrade.

Error: Resolve conflicts using Web Tools -> Archive -> SIF Attribute Differences. When done, Click Apply Changes. Checkpointing the Workspace disables the Apply Changes option.


Can someone explain the steps or share the document for delivering new Workspace?
