Oracle iProcurement R12.2.9 - How to Make Packing Slip & Receipt Comments Field Mandatory

Dear Team,

While recording receipts in iProcurement, how can we make Packing Slip and Receipts Comments field mandatory as there is no personalization available on this screen despite enabling personalization through profile options.

Please advice.
