Can TD1 Canadian & Provincial Self Service forms be changed to Fluid Self Service
Was excited to see the new TD1 Canadian and Provincial Self Service feature rolled out in the latest HCM Image 46 & 47. However were surprised to see that it is not mobile friendly and the user experience is not simple like other Fluid Self Service pages.
First users must download the Adobe Reader fillable form
Then users must ensure they open it in Adobe Reader and not in a browser. They also have to use a desktop device as it is not mobile enabled.
Users must then fill out the form in Adobe Reader
When they click to submit, they have to re-sign into HCM for it to submit
