Fixed assets inventory report

Hello all,

Has anyone created a fixed assets inventory report? The report query should contain : Number of Assets, Asset Quantity, Cost, YTD Depreciation Amount, Current Period Depreciation Amount, Accumulated Depreciation, Net Book Value (NBV) grouped by Asset Category fields of the asset. I'm looking for which tables to pull from.
