Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. iStore - EBS (MOSC)

Anyone Encountered this Error: Requested resource or page is not allowed in this site

R12.2.11 iStore

When launching the iStore consumer application the subject error is immediately raised.

This error appears to point to recent functionality associated with "Allowed Resources"

There is a MOS Doc:

iStore customized jsp gives error 'Requested resource or page is not allowed in this site' after CPU patching (Doc ID 2392617.1)

However the context of the document deals with Custom JSPs.

We have no Custom JSPs. This is a fresh install of Oracle and we are simply trying to complete base configurations and unit testing.

iStore is enabled as an "Allow Product" and all its resources are allowed, no restrictions.
