OEM 13.5 dashboards missing

Hello,

I have upgraded OMS 13.4 to 13.5 few months ago and lately noticed some environments I got dashboards has been created and some environments it's not.. This is new feature in OMS 13.5 and would like to utilize and create and explore custom dashboards. Any reason why they were missing and if any way to create from scratch I want to monitor DB health checks from there any one has done that.

I am on OMS 13.5 with latest RU17 and on O.S rhel 7.x
