How do I see a 'product category' SR in MOS?
HCM 9.2, PT 8.59
We have a recently opened SR in MOS that I requested. Our IT person who created it gave me the SR number and the link from the automated reply however I cannot access it (message says it cannot be displayed). When I asked him he said it was probably because it is in the 'product category'. I currently have a PowerView set up on the MOS dashboard to look at the three Support Identifiers we use but I don't know how to see a 'product category' SR. Does that ring
