What address do I enter for snmp user entry address list

When configuring SNMP v3 on an Oracle SBC 4600 (Acme Packet). What address should be entered for the snmp user entry address list? I've read the documentation which states version 3 is enabled by default. I'm only interested in polling, no traps. I assumed the value to be entered in the address-list field at the bottom of the snmp-user-entry configuration page is the IP address of the SNMP server doing the polling but when I enter any IP address and then save/activate the config, I get error "snmp-user-entry has reference to address x.x.x.x which does not exist". I tried first
