Update in version table

Hello,

We are on AR-9.2; TR -9.2.5.6 , DB2 AS400.

On one of the Standard Report suppose "R31bcde" with version XJDE0001 the data selection is not accessible as medium security seen.

so instead creating the new version from copying from the original version , i changed the VREXCL='0' in F983051. But after done changes in table and when logged in to FAT client and tried to view the data selection then mentioned error message shown "Error: Version is not checked out to client".

Therefore please guide me on this how to overcome this issues as i need to remove the medium security and make data selection editable on FAT as well as on web to all users .
